Advil or aleve?

I’m sooo self conscious of what I’m doing now while trying to conceive and I’m 7DPO i have the WORST headache and backaches and I cannot find anything on google about taking OTC pain meds. So does anyone know if aleve or Advil is safe?

Take Tylenol! :) I read it’s more safe

No Advil. No NSAIDs at all. Tylenol only.
