Someone please help me out!

I have no clue what’s going on with my body. I had a chemical pregnancy confirmed by the hospital on 1/18/20, I bled for not even 4 full days. Went back to tracking like normal after the bleeding stopped. Had positive peak opks on 1/31/20. My period was supposed to start on 2/14/20, here we are on 2/21/20 and nothing. No spotting, negative hpt. I physically feel like I’m on my period but there’s no blood to be seen! My husband thinks if we have sex it’ll bring on my period, ok fine, but still NOTHING. At what point do I need to contact my OB? If I even should? We are trying for our last baby, my 3rd his 2nd. I’ve never had this happen before. I’m so lost. Please help!
