All is well!
We had to go for an ultrasound today at 23 +3 because at our anatomy scan a few weeks ago they couldn't clearly see his kidneys.
I'm happy to report baby Klaus has 2 kidneys and everything looks good! He's breech right now with his head by my belly button and bum by my cervix, which explains the uncomfortable kicks in my pelvis. Thanks kid! 🤣
