What extra supplements did you take to conceive twins other than folic acid ?

All I did was start taking prenatals before we starting ttc and here we are!

You cannot take any one thing/supplement to conceive twins!!!

I have been taking prenatal vitamins for about a year I got pregnant in June but had a miscarriage after only 5 weeks ... kept taking my vitamins just in case we wanted to try again then  found out in January we were pregnant again! After an ultrasound at our first baby appt we are having TWINS!!!

Nothing. I had two miscarriages last year one in May and one in December. My doctor told us that every pregnancy was different and though we had two losses we still had a chance of having a successful pregnancy. He told us to keep trying, so we did and to our surprise we are expecting identical twins. We didn’t do anything special. Just had faith. Twins run his side of the family so we got blessed with our double rainbow ❤️

None. Genetic from great grandmothers side. And apparently coming off exclusively pumping may have also been an added factor.
