This is the one I have and I love it. It fits so much stuff, and there’s a zipper on the bottom back of the bag so you can reach whatever you put on the very bottom without having to rummage through the top opening. The front compartment has insulated bottle pockets, there’s a spot to charge your phone, lots of pockets inside, and there’s a spot to put wipes on the side. It’s also super affordable.

My husband and I just bought this diaper bag (in the 20l size).  It has all the features we were looking for.   It's definitely pricey but we figured we'd use it daily for at least a couple years and wanted to get a good quality bag.  
I'd definitely recommend going with a backpack style vs a tote style because it's much better for your back.  A tote style puts all the weight on one shoulder where a backpack will evenly distribute the weight.   A lot of baby gear (and the baby itself as it grows) is heavy so I think it's important to save yourself wherever you can.

I have this one in green! I love it so much. Used it as my bag at the birth center and it held all the stuff I needed (and the stuff I thought I would use but didn’t. Has a large zipper front cooler instead of the side pocket coolers. Plenty of little pockets and a good amount of space for diapers and change of clothes for momma and baby

I love this one! And it can be both a backpack and tote. It has additional straps to wear as a tote and another set of straps for stroller clips. It’s super soft which allows for some room instead of most of the stuff backpack types. There are multiple colors to choose from as well. You can also buy it on amazon but I went directly through the site because they had a 20% off coupon (I found it on their Instagram).
