Implantation bleeding??

I’m either 4 or 5 dpo and I have NEVER had bleeding or spotting with my ovulation and didn’t this cycle either. I’ve not had any rough sex or anything but I did have sex the day after when I think I ovulated. The next day I had a horrible pulling feeling on my right side of my pelvic area for about ten seconds then slightly sore ever since. Well yesterday I started having very light brown spotting only when I wiped.

Then today it’s gotten darker brown with red and still only when I wipe. I’ve never experienced this before. Any ideas on whether it could be implantation bleeding or not? We’ve been ttc almost two years with two miscarriages. I really hope it’s implantation bleeding.
