Help. Maybe allergies?

Question

Hello i was wondering if somebody knew if this could be some type of allergy or what it could be? I changed the detergent i wash her clothes with idk if it could be that or what it could be. Its all over her body including face.

So every kid is different. But mine had a similar rash a few weeks ago and it was contact dermatitis from somebody wearing perfume. It eventually went away. In the meantime we tell everybody they need to be fragrance free around our baby.

My baby got exactly the same. Went to doctor and was said that it's a baby eczema. We stoped using soap during baths and using only fragrance free baby moisturiser Aveeno. Seems to help.

Definitely could be from changing detergents. My first had a crazy rash when we tried to switch. Funny thing is, it was switching to the baby dreft detergent. So we just kept him on our free and clear and it went away. Rewatched his clothes like twice. Also could definitely be drool rash, but if you’d ya it’s all over I’d lean towards detergent or some irritant like the other momma said-fragrances

Looks like drool rash!  Make sure to keep the area dry. Do you have bibs?
