Industrial keloid HELP!

I have terrible keloids on my industrial and I have tried EVERYTHING to get rid of it. It was hit very very badly once and I think that's what's caused it but it has definitely been irritated a couple times since then but for the past week or so I have been very careful and it's been all good but they won't go away. It hurts and is pretty sensitive when touched and I clean it everyday.

Update: While cleaning a layer of something came off? The yellowish white stuff from the first picture it looks like, doe this mean it's working (currently using tea tree oil and water ratio)
