I know everyone’s pregnancy’s is different. I am currently 9weeks pregnant with twins. And actually don’t have any symptoms. I had an ultrasound at 5week and saw the flickering heartbeat and my hcg level was 14557. the last time I checked 2 weeks ago I was 64959. I had 2 miscarriages in the past so am a bit concern.

Did anyone else experience no symptoms with twin pregnancy
