Needle free IVF?

Is needle free IVF a real thing? Asking because I saw a few articles about it. Has anyone heard of it or done it? Thanks.

I agree with what Alex has said, the needles are honestly nothing. I personally had a massive phobia of needles before i started my first cycle i went to a hypnotherapist for it, and if you where to see me now doing my shots every morning you would never know the fear i used to have. I can share pics of my needles if that will give you some comfort in knowing that they arent big 🤗

In Chicago there’s a service called Fertility Concierge: a group of nurses rotating for your nightly injections. I’m basically outsourcing anything that gives us anxiety. They’re super fast and thus less pain-  money spent! The injections hurt way less than Bvitamin shots. 
Bloat and any discomfort associated with growing follicles still sucks. Not sure how the side effects would be without injections.

For Ivf you have to at least do a trigger shot, but you could request clomid for stims and progesterone for implantation. However, you would only get a few eggs, which for most people isn’t worth doing Ivf for. The shots aren’t that bad, really.

I think that’s called minimal stimulation IVF and it uses different drugs than traditional IVF.

I think it’s called natural ivf here. I can’t imagine spending that money and only getting a couple mature eggs though. Especially with how few make it to blast. I guess there are circumstances where it makes sense but not for my wallet.
