We have done 3 rounds of femara and dose increase this last round ... to 7.5mg 3-7. I did my scan and had 25mm on the left and 27mm on the right, both dominant. Was suppose to trigger and I was already surging so we skipped the trigger . I’m 11DPO right and getting the faintest of faintest lines . I’m slowly loosing hope. We did perfect timed intercourse and taking ALL the needed vitamins for me and him right now. And I feel like it’s not happening . Ugh. I’ve done all the testing from blood work to HSG and his SA. Normal. Tell me what you guys think.
