How is everyone feeling at 12 weeks

Hey mamas how is everyone feeling? I just hit my 12 week mark today and I have been feeling pretty good since 8 weeks had an ultrasound at 9+4 days and saw babies heartbeat. This is my 3rd pregnancy and the farthest I have ever made it. I only feel nauseas in the morning while brushing my teeth and intense hunger. I go for my 3rd scan next week on March 4th. Super nervous as I don’t feel as bad as I think I should for being pregnant.
