Anyone else feeling out of place?

My baby is 1 week old now, n I been feeling a bit weird like out of place ... like I’m emotional for no reason ... like I want the says to go by faster

Can’t wait for this phase to be over! It’s definitely the hormones but it hits me so hard. I cry and cry and cry and feel completely alone even though my husband is so good and helps so much. It lasted the first 3-4 weeks with my first and I’m hoping since I’m not breastfeeding this time the hormones will level out faster. I hate questioning why I became a mom but that’s how this always makes me feel.

Mostly sounds like hormones but if it gets to bad talk to doc but im 2 weeks post partum and cry at simple things go from fine to mad to crying so fast. Its mostly hormones calming down.

I get super emotional and cry pretty much every night that my husband has to get up and go to work the next day. 
He always takes off the first week when our babies are born to help me and get some bonding time, which is great! But, I absolutely LOVE having him home with us! Not just because it’s helpful but because he’s my best friend and I love just being in his presence. So when he goes back to work it’s super hard for me. 
Our nights usually end with me in his lap crying like a baby and him reassuring me that I can do this and everything will be ok. ❤️
I’ll be so glad when I’m not a bag of tears anymore!
