Terrified of c-section

I have a scheduled c-section on March 12 and I am so nervous. 19 months ago I had an emergency c-section with my little boy but everything happened so quickly I didn’t have time to worry about anything.

Now thats it’s scheduled and I’m not being induced it just terrifies me. Like when I got the epidural last time I was having such horrible contractions I didn’t give a damn about how the epidural felt. It was also midnight for my c-section and they woke me up so I was half out of it the whole time.

Mommy’s who have had scheduled c-sections how bad is it? Cause I’m over analyzing the whole situation.
