Postpartum bleeding

Hi ladies I have a question. I'm currently 12 days postpartum and I had stopped bleeding for a couple days now. I would just have pink brownish discharge when I would wipe. Today I was sitting down and I just felt a gush come out then another. I got up and went to the bathroom and my entire pad was full of blood that it even leaked through my pants! To top it off it was that extra long nighttime pad. I've been getting these sharp pains in my stomach ever since. Is this normal??
