I found out pregnant after missed period for 1 mth

Found out preg at a clinic on 19/2/2020
Did 2 round of HPt including ytd Sunday 23/02/2020
All positive.
Was spotting the previous few days
But today was slightly red
Was worried and I went to scan
Dr did my scan all inform was don’t know and baby was found.
So took blood test
Now I’m bleeding like not spotting what should I do? Should I go straight to a&e
