Alrighty ladies, ya girl needs a new baby making position 👀 trying to make this my month 😠if I dont conceive this month I'm supposed to start metformin & I'd like to try naturally first. I'm taking prenatals, I just need to stop smoking.. I have PCOS but not sure if its 100% me on why I'm not pregnant yet 🤔 would it be helpful to get hubby's semen tested?
