Round Ligament Pain - Lasted longer than a few seconds?

Hey ladies!

I have an appointment to ask my doctor about this but just wanted to know if it’s happened to anyway else?

I’ve had very minimal cramps this pregnancy, however I have always had RLP when I sneeze, cough or move to suddenly but it literally only lasts a second and disappears!

Today I sneezed and it lasted longer to the point I almost cried! Then it finally let up but since then it has been a constant ache and cramp on my left side. (It’s been a few hours now) Has anyone else experienced this? Have I just pulled something?

I’m currently 9+1 and have had my first scan already so I know it’s not ectopic pain or anything. All my symptoms are still in full force today! (Constant nausea, vomiting, fatigue, sore breasts and enlarged nipples) so I don’t think it’s a miscarriage but it still really hurts! Which obviously has me worried something is wrong 😟
