AF or miscarriaging?

I’m waiting for AF to come but only get spotting. I had a chemical or an ectopic (still waiting for a diagnosis) a few weeks ago. Today is the fourth day where I only see blood with my pee or when I wipe with tissue but nothing comes on my napkins. Today I wiped this, and I feel so weak, my shoulders feel heavy and a bad headache.

Answer

You can’t tell the difference between your regular period or a miscarriage. When I had my first chemical the doctor said “20 years ago you would have told you me your period was late and we would have moved on” home pregnancy tests are so readily available and as good as the doctors. The only thing separating them is blood work.  Unless you knew if you were pregnant you won’t know the difference.
