I need to lose weight and tone up. I’m newly single, about 10-15 lbs to lose. This is my declaration- I’m going to do it!
Starting tomorrow I’m going to start carb cycling (low carb, high protein & moderate fat 5 days a week, and high carb, low fat moderate protein 2 days a week) and track my meals. I’ll be exercising at least 3 days a week and I just ordered a fat burner that my friend swears by (i never really believe those but hey why not try lol) I’m determined !!!
