Would you consider this a friend?

I have this “friend” who rarely asks me to do anything! Whenever I ask her to hangout she’s always busy so the only time we hangout is when she decides.. she will constantly post hanging out with others but never invites me... and any time I text her she will reply for a few messages and then leave me on read for months!

For example we both are in school but the last time we talked was a few months ago when I asked her how school was going and she never asked me in return...

If this was your friend would you still consider her a friend?
