7w scan? Is this normal?

Does this look like a normal 7w scan? My sons looked a lot different so I’m just curious 😅 this one is an abdominal

I was told it’s only one baby and the circle is the yolk sac. Just doesn’t seem like the baby is 7w 😯 looks smaller tbh (I went to a free place, not sure when I’ll get an ultrasound from my OB)
