Lifestyle change... help!
I’ve been having some stomach problems for the last few months. It runs in my family so I already know what it is, gluten and dairy. So a little tid bit for y’all I used to be obese about 260 pounds, and I’m now at 195, I would like to embark on this journey and continue losing weight a healthy way. I guess I’m just not educated enough on gluten to really understand what it does to a body, and all that. So basically I’m asking for y’alls experiences cutting out gluten and diary. What were the success, and struggles? And if you did,what kind of exercise did you do? Thanks I’m advance 😁
