Help! Trying to find this...

This is a long a very VERY long shot, but I need help ladies! Every year my family holds a weekend long board game tournament. We keep track of points and the winner of the weekend takes home the trophy. (A metal tea light candle holder from goodwill with game pieces glued on and all painted gold) The trophy is then brought back for the next year’s tournament. Well, the big weekend is around the corner and my husband and I accidentally THREW OUT THE TROPHY when cleaning the garage! I am desperately trying to track down the original candle holder so that I can remake it. As a three time champion, I cannot show up without this thing!

Has anyone seen this, or do you know where I can get one?
