11 week old twins, bottle fed - feeding schedule or on demand??

Question

Current schedule 7, 11 and 3 (day and night) however now they are getting older they are going longer at night and throwing the routine... they feed at 7pm, then around 1am... they had a teeny bit at 4.30 and now they should be having “breakfast” but are both fast asleep in bed with me 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I always feed on demand, but always at least offer to the other twin as well. I know in the first 3/4 months they have crazy growth spurts that randomly throw everything off so I’m waiting on a timed schedule until a little later. We were eating every 3 hours, but now they sleep longer at night, and have been wanting to be topped off with a few ounces here and there.... growth spurt lol

I started off on a schedule because that's what they were used to from NICU. That didn't last long lol. I let them go to demand and we were all much happier. They woke up on their own around they same time they were used to. The big difference was at night. They started sleeping longer on their own. They are 6months now and have been sleeping through the night for 2+ months.

I only did times feedings. Of course I would feed them a little bit early or late of that's what they wanted, but I would've lost my mind if I had done feeding on demand.

We ditched the timed schedule at about 3 weeks and feed on demand, but always together.  It works great for us.  I'd rather let them decide than having a set schedule.  They just turned 4 months and have had a set pattern to their feedings for quite awhile now.
