Yeast infection

So I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and was told I had a yeast infection at my last appointment. They gave me some medicine and told me that I didn’t test positive for BV. I still have thick yellow tinted discharge and a little bit of itching/burning. Could I still have one? The itching and burning is not unbearable which is why I didn’t know I had one in the first place.
