Pregnancy in a dream?

I had a dream last night. I took a pregnancy test, it was positive. I texted my boyfriend and told him and then I started telling a bunch of people. It was so real I woke up and grabbed my phone. I’m on birth control but have had symptoms for 5 days now. Breast tenderness, nausea, mood swings, cramping. What do y’all interpret this as?

Some people say it’s just a dream and doesn’t mean anything, but I’m 36+5 with a little boy I got pregnant on bc and the only reason I tested was because of a dream that i had a positive pregnancy test 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had a dream I tested and instantly seen two lines I got pregnant a few months later. I'm not sure what it means I think it's just wishful thinking but it felt so real.

It's a dream🤦‍♀️. You're on the pill so pregnancy is very very very unlikely. A test isnt going to hurt but I wouldnt get all worked up over it when you're on the pill.
