5mo pregnant and want to start running/jogging again. Tips?
So before I got pregnant i used to run a few times a week. I wasn't like a marathon runner or anything intense. Just casual to get out and deal with anxiety and depression.
When I got pregnant I got sick really fast so I stopped running. I'm still not feeling great but now it's mostly depression. I really want to start running/jogging again.
Any tips for running during pregnancy? I'm not looking to lose weight or push myself but 'going for a walk' isn't quite enough and I'd really rather run.
