4w5d and spotting

I started spotting last night and it was pink. It stopped and then about an hour ago I started spotting brown. I’m at work trying not have a complete panic attack at my desk while I wait for my doctor to call me back. I miscarried in December and I started spotting brown about 12 hours prior. I’m just hopping this is normal spotting this time. My coworker keeps trying to talk to me but all I want to do is tell her to shut up because I’m so damn anxious.
