Only seen fluid

I’m like freaking out because last week there wasn’t anything seen on the ultrasound. This week this is the only thing seen. The doctor seems to think that I’m just early on. But I feel like I should be able to see more than this. My last period was January 5th and I got a positive test on the 10th of this month. Has this happened to anyone? I’m worried about blighted ovum.

That ultrasound machine looks ancient. I wonder if they would have found something with newer equipment?

Do you have access to a clinic with a modern, transvaginal ultrasound? I’m 6w3d and my ultrasound was super clear with bubs and heartbeat today.

No the doctor only does the transvaginal ultrasound on this old one in his office until 20 weeks

My period was the 7th and I tested faint positive 10th and I'm 6weeks today I ovulated on the 28 so even from last period I should be 7 weeks I'm only 6

You could just have ovulated late. I got my period Jan 7 and tested positive (very faint) Jan 31... if I had a longer cycle I would be more like 5 weeks not 7 which I am today! Good luck!!

Late ovulation is definitely possible my last period was November and I’m only 8 weeks 3 days, my cycle was quite irregular tho.

It’s normal I went to the hospital and that’s all they saw too within 2 weeks they could see a fetus and now 3 weeks later I saw a wiggly baby with a strong heartbeat!
