Is a 9.46 minute mile good?

For a 25 yr old woman. Any other ladies run? whats your pace?

It would probably take me 20 minutes to run a mile lol. I’m not even sure I’d be able to. 9.5 sounds good to me!

Depends on the terrain, elevation gain, and whether it's a single mile or average pace across a longer run. It's better than I can maintain. 
But what matters is how it feels for you. Whether you've got a target you're working towards etc.

“Good” is so relative in this case. I have bad knees so I can’t really run, but I have friends that easily run under 7 minute miles so it just depends if you’re happy with it.

That’s great! I’ve been running for a few years and I average 8.30 per mile and usually run 2.5-3.5 miles each time I run.

In middle school I always would take 11 minutes so hey... 9 is great

I couldnt run a mile in 10 when i was 16yrs old so id say your doing pretty good and i was in training at 16
