i grown hair or staph infection?

hi! i've never had a staph infection before but yesterday noticed what i assumed what either a pimple or ingrown on my boob, but the redness has spread. it's not huge but concerning. it's not painful or hot and i'm not feverish or anything but it's weird! please leave some input!

If the redness spread, it’s infected just probably need some antibiotics to get it.
