Im tiered of pads, there gross, uncomfortable and messy... Help?

What is your situation exactly? I have a double uterus and double cervix. I had a septum separating each, but I had surgery to have it removed and tampons work like they are supposed to now.
I would strongly recommend the septum removal surgery.
