Help help!! 😳🤯

Please help! Finished BC in January and got my period February 1st. This is my first time charting bbt but I didn’t use OPKs (trying not to stress out about the process..I tend to be a POAS addict😂).

Fertility friend says I ovulated on the 16th..but i feel like I could be off bc of being on the pill. I thought maybe that dip below the cover line could be implantation (Feb 23) ((NOTE: I had REALLY noticeable pains on the 23rd..it was lower back and front abdomen pain, only lasted for that day and it was really uncomfortable when I pressed down)) and my temp rose really high but I took a test this morning and it looked negative..

Do you guys think I ovulated on the 16th? 18th? 23rd? please help a girl out 😅
