Cold sore question

So I’ve been with two different guys sexually recently.

They were both protected intercourse with condoms and there were some instances where they’d use their saliva to finger me or go down on me.

After both of those times, I got a cold sore on my mouth a couple days after. I have gotten them often before but recently I’ve been getting them. I haven’t found anything down there.

What could this mean?
