My Dr added 75mg aspirin to this cycle daily even before ovulation iv had 2 losses but my bloods came back normal for clotting disorder wich my sister has. I do have stage 2 endo wich was removed by lap 2 momths ago I didn't ask a lot of questions at the time now wish I had from what iv read it says it can actually help implantation by thickening the lining

Anyone know more on this
