First scan CD5

Hi all I just had my blood work and ultrasound for CD5 ..(.just a FYI I have been on menopur and Gonal F) but my question is my nurse just emailed my results and idk what I’m looking at, was wondering if someone could explain please 🙏🏼 I have posted down below

Your results from today are as follows:

Estrogen= 131.6

Progesterone= 0.4

Uterine lining= 21.49

Left Follicles= 6.2,6.4,6.1,6.2,6.9,6.5,5.9

Right Follicles= 17.3,7.8,6.4,5.2,4.3,6.8
