Bleeding, clotting and cramps at 8 weeks. Fear the worst.

I’m 8 weeks an I’ve been spotting and bleeding for a week now. My doctor had me take some tests to check everything and they told me my progesterone is low. And then today I passed a clot the size of my fingernail. Now they want to do a viability ultrasound next week to make sure nothing is wrong. I am so exhausted from the stress and tears waiting for things to happen. I’m getting more and more terrified I really am going to miscarry or already have. I never had a single problem with my first and it hurts so much not knowing if this little one is alright. I’m loosing my mind here! Any advice or thoughts would be so helpful.
