5 weeks +5 days pregnant

(37f) Anyone else around 5 weeks with symptoms that come and go?

Im super bloated and fatigued today thats it.

Some days my girls hurt terribly somedays like today they dont hurt at all.

I so far have experienced very little nausea.

During my week 4 I was getting crampy but I also had influenza B so that didnt help.

Im currently not cramping or bleeding at all but I do get sharp pains very low here n there almost feels like stretching type pains. I know those are normal. Whats freaking me out is the boob pain coming n going and lack of morning sickness 😬 trying to stay relaxed and positive just cant help being nervous! 🤰🤱🤨

Update: I noticed some very light pink spotting last night that didnt last very long but scared the crap out of me! Spoke with doc this morning, she said thats pretty common around 5 or 6 weeks as well as the intermittent boob pain! She had me do a beta hcg and the results were 7,536! Ill talk to her in morning to see if she will do another one Monday but soo far so good.
