Whether you think you can do it or you can’t, you’re right. Everything you put Into life, you get back. If you put in 100% and FAIL, failure is STILL success. If you’re having trouble with motivation or even getting started try changing your perspective. Switching words like “I’m going to workout” to “I will workout” is more influencing. “I’m working out” vs “I’m training”.. both have the same general meaning, which one attracts you? Find the littlest motivation and build onto it. Getting a new blender bottle was one of mine when I started..as silly as that sounds! Keep finding motivation until it becomes dedication. Being your own motivation is the best way but that’s easier said than done for most. If your lack of motivation is IN the gym, there’s 10 + different ways you could train and about 7 + different types of training! (I can go more in depth if you‘d like🤓) Specify your goals, find what you like and get started.
