What supplements do you take or what do you recommend?
I’m a newbie to working out but I’m am so committed now. I’m 27 years old had a c section 3 yrs ago and but stomach is left with stretch marks and loose skin ( which I’m not ashamed of but it would be nice to wear a bikini this year.
Anyways I see so many people taking supplements and I’m like why so many and what’s it for?
I’m trying to loose 10 lbs or more if possible and lift my 🍑 lol
