Depends on which number Baby we re talking about Forst time I just wore pants w an elastic or scrub type pants n cut the elastic late in pregnancy.W Baby 2 it was sooner like 12 weeks and # 3- 6 weeks

I was wearing maternity jeans and loose leggings only by 8 weeks because the pressure of pants on my stomach made me more nauseous. Soooo much relief when I switched

I’m 12 weeks now and I busted mine out last week. I haven’t gained any weight and I’m not showing, but the pressure from even the most comfortable stretchiest pants was unbearable. Maternity pants are just so much more comfortable! 🤷🏼‍♀️😎

I recommend getting some as soon as you start feeling the need to. It’s always better to be comfortable and the sooner you get them the more use you get out of them. I still wear mine 6 weeks postpartum.

My jeans stopped fitting at around 14 weeks so I switched over then. Was mostly from bloating though, I didn’t have much of a bump until 19 weeks.
