what day of cycle does stimulations for IVF starts? I went in beginning of this month 4th day of cycle and got blood work done, 10 days later had HSN and 10 days after an endometrial biopsy. Now gotta wait two more weeks to discuss with doctors. Thought by now ill be stimulated

You sound like you’re just in the testing phase. Call your clinic and have them explain the plan to you.

I think it’s very case by case. 
We did a fresh transfer with no known underlying issues. So went to the clinic 2 months before IVF treatment to talk about intent to do soon and again 2 weeks before planned cycle, then went on CD2, had a baseline scan, given the go ahead and started stims that day.

Sounds like they are doing diagnostic testing. For me, I went in for a baseline (ultrasound and bloodwork) on cd 2-4. I started the meds the same day.
