Can I just vent for a sec?

Long story,kind of short... the car I curently have was my first and only car I've ever had (1998 corolla,pretty old lol) my husband has gone through many different vehicles in the 10 years we have been together. In 2017 he got a BRAND NEW 2017 toyota tacoma.

I've been telling him how I would like to get a newer more reliable car for me before the baby is born. He kept brushing it off and saying my car is fine for a few years.Well ever since he bought his new truck he hasnt even started his old truck! It is literally just sitting in our driveway collecting spider webs and dust. I kept asking if we could fix it up,sell it,sell my car and put the two totals together to put towards a new car. All he says is that he wants to save his old truck for our babies first car😂🙄 totally ridiculous. Well we just got our taxes back and i figured we would at least split what we get back...NOPE! he says he's going to put it towards his new truck and put a new lift kit on it,new grill,new tires and a few odds and ins. Because "he's had his car for years now and has been wanting to fix it up exactly how he wants".. he says maybe next years tax return we can put it towards a car for me... am i being dramatic/hormonal? I mean im going to be the one driving the baby around,you would think he would want us to be safe?
