Where to get babies ears pierced

Question

First off I am not here to listen to any people talk about how I should wait until she’s old enough to ask or how you wouldn’t ever do that to your baby so if you don’t agree with ear piercing a baby that’s fine but please just move on. 
Now what I really came here for is I am contemplating getting baby girls ears pierced but I have no idea where to go. Where have you ladies taken your babies to get them done?

I’d 100% recommend taking her to a tattoo/piercing parlor. They’re more sterile and don’t use a gun, which could damage the ear tissue. You’ll need to call your local places to see what the earliest age they’ll pierce is. Some won’t do it until they’re at least 6 months.
Also, I’ve heard some pediatrician’s offices do it. Mine did not so I’m not really sure about that.

Do not get them pierced with a gun, there is a high chance of infection. I’ve heard a tattoo shop or even the pediatrician will do it in office. I would start there, ask your pediatrician where a safe place to get it done is.

I had both my daughters done at Merle Norman, I’ve said it numerous times when this comes up. It’s not a gun like before. It’s a one use, sterile snap, that comes out of a Sani-pack. Both have never had issues, my oldest was done at5 month and she’s 7 years in June and my second was 1.5 years and will be 3 in May.  Gun or needle it makes no difference, just keep them clean.

Always do it at a professional piercing place, never a place like Claire’s or a stand in the mall. At least that’s what’s recommended if you want to do it the safest way possible.

100% if you're going to do that please go to a legit piercing/tattoo parlor. The guns that Claire's and other places use CAN'T be sanitized and they also cause trauma to the earlobes.

We went to a place specifically for baby ear piercing. Maybe google in your area to see if there are any places  like that .. my daughter eventually took them out months after since she was teething 😩

I heard they've started a new law where tattoo shops cant do them on kids under 18 and piercing guns are a bad idea. This could possibly just be my state. So that leaves you with no option unless you just dont care and want to risk a piercing gun on your tiny human.
