I had my retrieval on Sunday and I was instructed to take 1ML of PIO that night. The directions on the box say 1ML daily. I get a call today for information about my transfer tomorrow and she asks what all I’m taking and I tell her.

Apparently I was supposed to up the dose to 2ML daily but no one said anything 😭 also I have been taking them at 9:30pm every night because that’s when my husband is home to give it to me. When I asked her if it was okay that I was taking at night she said “well, I’m going to say yes now because your transfer is tomorrow”

I HAD NO IDEA I HAD TO TAKE IT AT A CERTAIN TIME am vs pm.

Anyone else take only 1ML of PIO or take it at night time and had a successful transfer? I’m so upset and worried I messed the whole thing up🥺
