Best makeup primer?

For the past several months I have had problems with my makeup creasing in my smile lines and at the corners of my nose. I’ve used a few different primers, but none helped that much. The one I had the most success with was the Too Faced 3-in-1 Replenishing Primer and Setting Spray, but it costs more than what I would like to spend. Anyone know of a more budget friendly primer? Would non-creasing eyeshadow primer help?

Non creasing eye shadow primers I feel always help. I personally don't use them on myself but for other people I do. Also! For the creasing! Do you bake? Alot of people bake the areas that crease and in the end it doesn't end up helping. Essentially what you're doing with baking is mixing a creme and a powder,  and it becomes cakey and is bound to crease. Just try lightly powdering if you do bake! I don't have any good suggestions on primer as I don't know what type of skin you have.
