Possible worms in anus??? Help!!!

Ok so I scratched back there and noticed this came back on my finger, upon maneuvering with a mirror I plucked another out. I thought they were moving but it mighta just been it naturally unfolding from being squished idk. Is this worms or leftover toilet paper residue? I’m freaked out help
