Looking for some advice from other moms who have experience with this. My daughter has had an ear infection before and she was tugging on her ears constantly, had a fever and walked off balance. This time around, I’m pretty sure she’s teething (canines). She’s gnawing on her fingers constantly. Pulls on her ears a little. Had a slight fever the other night (99-100) and went away the next day. Just more cranky and clingy than usual. Still eating but a little less than normal. My dilemma- we leave for vacation tomorrow. If it’s an ear infection, I’m nervous about flying with her ear drums. But I’m also reluctant to bring her into the doctor because if it is just teething, most likely she’ll catch something from being in the doctors office and then be miserable the whole vacation. What should I do? Does it sound more like teething or ear infection?
