Help please
So I was sitting on couch and stretched I think wrong cause my shoulder got a muscle spasm after it hurt after that I got a dizzy spell sat on toilet till it went away but after I got hot and now I’m cold with a headache .... wth never had this before.. it is creepy I have goosebumps every where....
